Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Engineer to join their senior engineering group.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product slices from customer problem to production service, including UI/UX
• Partner with leadership and early customers to quickly turn field signals into working software
• Shape technical direction and mentor team members on systems thinking and reliability patterns

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping early-stage products
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and experience with UI/UX implementation
• 5+ years working with Postgres, Redis, and a major cloud platform (AWS preferred)
• Proven experience with production observability tools and debugging complex production issues
• Genuine interest in AI and LLM tooling, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem
