Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Engineer to own critical components of their workforce enablement platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the employee profile graph pipeline, integrating data from various enterprise systems
• Develop products utilizing the employee profile graph for talent intelligence and individualized enablement
• Lead architecture decisions for the agent execution layer and ensure system reliability and observability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably at a Staff level or equivalent
• Extensive backend systems experience with distributed data processing
• Strong opinions on data modeling and API design
• Experience with enterprise identity and data systems integration
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize action
