Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

Driving key customer outcomes, the full-time Staff Product Engineer will collaborate with product and design partners to enhance the platform for the AI era, utilizing AI-native workflows to ship features rapidly while ensuring alignment with user needs and metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build product ownership by identifying critical problems and shaping the roadmap with product and design teams
• Utilize AI tooling to analyze customer usage data and inform product decisions while engaging directly with users for feedback
• Lead the development of prototypes and MVPs swiftly, ensuring customer-facing designs are clean, accessible, and aligned with the brand

Required qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant focus on product ownership
• Proven track record of independently scoping features and moving user-facing metrics
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong technical judgment with fluency in TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL
• Demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end within short timelines and iterate based on customer feedback
