Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and reliability of the certification platform, the full-time remote Staff Product Engineer will manage the technology behind LegitScript's certification program, ensuring a seamless experience for merchants and advertisers while collaborating on product direction and technical roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the certification platform, including the Experience Cloud portal and Salesforce data model
• Define and enhance the certification product experience by collaborating with stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap
• Establish Salesforce engineering governance and best practices to improve the platform's quality and maintainability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly on the Salesforce platform using both declarative and programmatic approaches
• Demonstrated experience in designing and operating production Salesforce solutions at scale, including Experience Cloud sites
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, scaling techniques, and integration design across APIs
• Proven ability to influence product direction and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into a technical roadmap
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
