Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

To support the evolution of a leading payment tokenization platform, the full-time Staff Product Engineer will build and scale extensions, ship features iteratively, and contribute to architecture decisions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Building and scaling extensions on the core platform used by major enterprises in the payment industry
• Shipping features iteratively, optimizing for MVP while planning for full-scale offerings
• Working directly with customers and partners to develop creative software solutions that address their business challenges

Required qualifications

• Strong product instincts with a holistic view of UX, API design, and system correctness
• Experience in shipping high-quality software in a fast-paced, product-led environment
• Ability to work independently and thrive in small, high-ownership teams
• Intuition for payments, tokenization, and credential management systems, or a strong desire to learn
• Willingness to engage directly with customers and vendors to solve problems end to end
