Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

Driving customer outcomes in a remote full-time capacity, the Staff Product Engineer will co-decide product features, leverage AI-native workflows for rapid prototyping, and ensure that product metrics are met through direct customer engagement and iterative development.

Key responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of customer success needs to identify and prioritize problems worth solving
• Utilize AI tooling to analyze usage data and inform product decisions while engaging directly with customers for insights
• Lead the development of product architecture and facilitate multi-project technical efforts to enhance engineering efficiency

Required qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in product ownership
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end on tight timelines
• Strong technical judgment with fluency in TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to design and deliver clean, on-brand customer-facing UI independently
