Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

To revolutionize the way people discover collectibles, the full-time remote Staff Product Engineer will own roadmap work from idea to launch, collaborating with product, design, and leadership teams while building scalable backend systems and user interfaces using Go, Postgres, Next.js, and React Native.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from concept to launch, ensuring technical judgment informs development decisions
• Design and build high-performance backend systems and user interfaces, while tracking user interactions post-launch
• Contribute to technical strategy and engineering standards, driving forward complex projects independently

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and building large, complex systems
• Deep understanding of systems architecture, APIs, and infrastructure
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres, and designing efficient queries
• Proficiency in writing tests and utilizing monitoring tools within a frontend codebase
• Strong leadership mindset with proven ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
