Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Product Engineer to build and ship end-to-end solutions in a remote setting, collaborating closely with a product manager and designer while utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering practices and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own engineering end-to-end, from product surface through backend, infrastructure, deployment, and operations
• Integrate AI capabilities into products, ensuring sound judgment about implementation and evaluation
• Raise engineering standards by producing reference implementations and sharing knowledge through various channels

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• Extensive hands-on experience in independently owning and shipping significant systems end-to-end
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools and experience building AI-powered product features in production
• Strong architectural judgment and pragmatic instincts across the full stack
• Genuine product sense with a history of close collaboration with product and design teams
