Staff Product Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of Thunderbolt, a remote full-time Staff Product Engineer will own the implementation of product features from concept to launch, focusing on AI-powered functionalities and enterprise workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own the implementation of Thunderbolt product features from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Translate product vision, user needs, and enterprise requirements into practical technical plans and shipped product experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, integrate, test, and ship complete product features
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience building and shipping production applications
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, including experience with user interfaces, APIs, services, and integrations
- Demonstrated experience owning complex product features from technical planning through implementation and iteration
- Experience building AI-enabled products or features, with familiarity in AI application architecture and tools
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate user feedback and enterprise requirements into technical plans
