Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of the Thunderbolt AI initiative, the remote full-time Staff Product Engineer will own the implementation of product features from concept through launch, focusing on AI-powered chat, search, and workflow automation while collaborating across the stack and with various teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation of Thunderbolt product features from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration
• Translate product vision, user needs, and enterprise requirements into practical technical plans and shipped product experiences
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and enterprise teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant experience in building and shipping production applications
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, capable of working across user interfaces, APIs, services, and integrations
• Experience building AI-enabled products or features with familiarity in LLMs and AI application architecture
• Proven ability to own complex product features from technical planning through implementation and iteration
• Strong understanding of software quality, testing, maintainability, and security considerations
