Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Builder Solutions to drive improvements in production workflows and internal tools for digital twin modeling in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the production ecosystem, including tools for creating digital twins from architectural plans
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the production pipeline to enhance throughput and quality
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align tooling improvements with operational needs and market demands

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with 2+ years in internal tools or production platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to enhance operational workflows and improve production metrics
• Strong technical fluency in 3D graphics, content creation, or production workflow systems
• Empathy for internal users and a track record of translating operational improvements into business impact
