Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will drive the development and launch of AI agents within the Revenue Management suite, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features rapidly.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery through launch of AI agents, optimizing for quality and business outcomes
• Rapidly design workflows, write specifications, and prototype features alongside designers and engineers
• Establish customer feedback loops to prioritize product improvements based on user insights

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management or related experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment
• Proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products that effectively meet customer needs
• Strong product instincts with a design sensibility and experience in defining quality metrics
• Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience in proptech, multifamily, or real estate is a plus, with a strong curiosity about the domain
