Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning AI product outcomes end-to-end, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will define product vision and strategy for Generative AI solutions, manage the product lifecycle, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful deployment in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI solutions, focusing on agent orchestration and multi-step workflows
• Research enterprise user interactions with AI agents, design experiments to validate solutions, and establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog management, agile ceremonies, and reporting product impact to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product management or solutions engineering with experience shipping AI products at scale
• Deep fluency in Generative AI technologies and hands-on experience building agentic systems
• Proven ability to prototype AI solutions to validate hypotheses and de-risk product decisions
• Strong technical fluency with experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
• PM-level fluency across the AWS AI ecosystem to inform product and architecture decisions
