Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B SaaS
• At least 2 years of experience leading products for conversational messaging
• Deep understanding of SMS and Webchat best practices and innovations in conversational AI
• Experience in managing product roadmaps across multiple scrum teams
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
