Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for Conversational Messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the conversational messaging strategy across SMS and Webchat channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and plan product releases
- Track and analyze performance metrics of conversational messaging solutions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B SaaS
- At least 2 years of experience leading products for conversational messaging
- Deep understanding of SMS and Webchat best practices and innovations in conversational AI
- Experience in managing product roadmaps across multiple scrum teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
