Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Benefits Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the benefits determination platform strategy and roadmap for billing accuracy and collections loss reduction
• Build ML-powered systems to interpret complex insurance data and manage payer-specific edge cases
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to enhance benefits interpretation accuracy and automate workflows

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building platforms that utilize ML for automated decision-making, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Understanding of health insurance complexities, including claims processing and benefits determination
• Technical expertise to engage with engineering and data science teams on complex problems
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with trade-offs between accuracy, speed, and user experience
• Strong analytical skills for examining complex datasets to drive improvements in platform performance
