Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, People Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Talent Acquisition products, including high-volume and corporate hiring workflows
• Work across third-party platforms and custom tools to enhance recruiter and candidate experiences
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve hiring efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably with internal products or operational workflows
• Experience with third-party SaaS platforms and decision-making on building versus configuring tools
• Proven track record of simplifying or automating manual workflows through systems design
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and deliver high-impact solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to prioritize and improve user experience
