Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Partnerships (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for partnerships with health plans, EAPs, and referral platforms
• Lead cross-functional efforts to translate partner requirements into effective product solutions
• Develop and manage a plug-and-play API platform for partner integrations and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years in direct PM roles
• Proven success in delivering business impact through complex, cross-functional launches
• Deep understanding of the EPD ecosystem and experience with operational improvements
• Experience translating complex requirements into clear product strategies and PRDs
• Fluency in systems thinking, including APIs, data flows, and integration workflows
