Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and optimizing internal products in Talent Management
• Comfortable with custom tools and third-party SaaS data platforms
• Experience in managing product development through annual or semi-annual cycles
• Global or multi-brand product experience is a plus
• Strong intuition for data quality in People systems
