Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Verification & Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end underwriting and verification product domain across credit, fraud, income, identity decisioning, and agent review workflows
• Define and execute the multi-quarter roadmap for decision engines, including rule orchestration and automation strategy
• Partner closely with underwriting agents and operations teams to design intuitive tooling and case management workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience in fintech or consumer lending
• Deep experience with credit underwriting systems and fraud decisioning tools
• Experience integrating and optimizing third-party data providers
• Demonstrated experience building or improving agent-facing underwriting tools and workflows
• Strong understanding of underwriting workflows and operational tradeoffs
