Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for the Identity Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the IAM product vision and roadmap, focusing on authentication, authorization, and user modeling
• Drive the completion of the User Model split, impacting cross-team data migration
• Shape Vanta's authorization strategy and contribute to multi-tenant access architecture

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of product management experience, with 3-4 years at a Staff/Senior level in platform or infrastructure roles
• Experience with enterprise platform PM, particularly in permissions, RBAC, or identity systems
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Customer empathy, understanding diverse permission needs across various organization sizes
• Comfort with ambiguity and navigating complex platform problems
