Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the foundational architecture of its platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for platform scalability and lead the transition to cell-based architectures
• Drive the strategy and execution of enterprise-grade features, including RBAC and advanced authentication
• Own the development and planning process for APIs, ensuring a seamless developer experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring team members
• Proven ability to build trust at all organizational levels
• Experience in enterprise SaaS and infrastructure management
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred
