Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to help shape the next generation of estimating and pre-construction tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch new product features
• Understand customer needs and market trends through discovery, user feedback, and competitive analysis
• Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and define success metrics for post-launch performance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a focus on 0 to 1 product management
• Strong discovery skills and product sense for translating complex workflows into user-friendly experiences
• Proven ability to evaluate tradeoffs for solutions that drive business impact
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with varied responsibilities
• Familiarity with construction technology or adjacent industries is preferred
