Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Member Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy and execution for member engagement and trust initiatives
Lead a cross-functional team to optimize member trust, activation, and retention
Drive AI-forward member experiences and manage vendor selection and integrations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of product experience with a track record of shipping complex programs
At least 4 years of experience with multi-channel consumer-facing platforms
Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM-driven product experiences
Proficient with SQL and data analysis, including A/B testing for product decisions
Comfortable with technical tradeoffs and architecture discussions
