Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Inbound and Strategic Supply functions within the Operations product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver quarterly roadmap focused on operational excellence in the outbound/logistics space
• Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce platforms or operations
• Experience working with tooling for item creation and item cataloging
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven automation, especially in computer vision or digital media processing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
