Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead modernization initiatives across its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI-native capabilities within a court-recognized system of record and establish evaluation frameworks for reliability and safety
• Conduct deep discovery with legal professionals to identify workflow pain points and validate pro-facing features
• Develop AI capabilities that extend across multiple brands and influence long-term architecture and shared AI infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on AI product development
• Strong track record of building and scaling consumer technology products
• Experience in shipping innovative, high-impact products from concept to launch
• Proficiency in prototyping and MVP development, with experience in AI applications
• Ability to partner with engineering and data science teams and translate technical details into strategic decisions
