Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered consumer experiences and internal automation
• Build and launch personalized AI features to enhance user engagement and retention
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver intuitive AI user experiences and improve business workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with consumer-facing or AI/ML products
• Experience in shipping AI/ML-powered features such as recommendations or conversational AI
• Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities
• Technical fluency with APIs, data systems, and emerging AI technologies
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders
