Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join their Data Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the company's data infrastructure
• Lead the product definition for multi-region data architecture and drive alignment on consistency models and replication strategies
• Define metrics to measure infrastructure health and reliability outcomes, driving investment decisions accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience defining product vision and strategy for data infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience with data technologies such as MySQL, Kafka, or Elasticsearch in production environments
• Proven track record of driving cross-organizational alignment across large engineering organizations
