Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager (Evals).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the evaluation framework for internal AI agent features, driving adoption across teams
• Build the customer-facing evaluation experience to help builders test, measure, and improve their agents
• Establish metrics for internal agent quality and customer evaluation adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management
• Hands-on experience writing evaluations for AI/ML systems
• Track record of shipping technical products to internal and external users
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience driving adoption of frameworks or practices across engineering teams
