Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Repository Security and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy for Repository Security and Governance, evolving its primitives into a unified policy layer
• Translate enterprise customer signals into a defensible investment thesis that shapes the product roadmap
• Define the adoption strategy for new governance capabilities and ensure the market understands the repository governance narrative

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related fields
• Direct experience with enterprise security, compliance, or governance products
• Proven experience in defining multi-year product strategy and navigating complex trade-offs
• Experience owning platform or infrastructure products that have scaled to large user bases
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements
