Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Automation to oversee their core automation platform in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the automation vertical, from problem definition to measurable outcomes
• Translate complex real-world workflows into structured requirements for automation agents
• Define evaluation metrics and manage the performance of automation agents

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in technical or workflow-automation products
• Experience integrating with legacy or enterprise systems such as EHRs or payer systems
• Fluency with modern AI/ML systems and ability to scope capabilities of automation agents
• Strong analytical skills, capable of using SQL and other tools for product insights
• Experience in zero-to-one or early-scaling environments
