Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to set product direction across its platform and drive category definition in the multi-tenant Kubernetes space.

Key Responsibilities

• Set coherent direction across the product platform, identifying convergence and divergence of surfaces
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and founders on architectural decisions that shape the product
• Build relationships with key customers to translate their architecture decisions into product direction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years in cloud infrastructure or distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes internals and multi-tenant isolation
• Proven track record of shipping infrastructure products at scale
• Ability to recognize patterns in infrastructure category evolution
• Experience in defining new developer or infrastructure categories is a plus
