Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to oversee the build experience for AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and transform the builder experience for creating and configuring AI agents
• Collaborate with PMs to ensure a coherent end-to-end builder journey
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience and communicate product strategy to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in user-friendly complex products
• Experience designing builder tools or platforms where users create rather than consume
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in product development
• Proven ability to simplify complex products through effective UX design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
