Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Engagement & Monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for logged-in web and native app experiences, focusing on engagement and monetization
• Collaborate with various product managers to create a unified customer experience across multiple products
• Use experimentation and customer data to optimize engagement, retention, and product attachment metrics

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years at a Staff or senior PM level
• Proven experience owning mobile app products (iOS and/or Android)
• Demonstrated ability to design unified experiences across multiple products
• Experience designing self-serve customer experiences with escalation paths to human support
• Strong instincts around monetization and conversion optimization
