Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager (Fintech) to own their fintech strategy and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the fintech stack strategy, including build vs. partner decisions
• Manage relationships with key partners and ensure existing integrations are stable and scalable
• Evaluate and onboard new partners to expand product offerings and represent the company in partner conversations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech products
• Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including card issuance and payment rails
• Experience working directly with BaaS partners
• Proven track record of managing partnership relationships and technical implementations
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate complex tradeoffs
