Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategy for how businesses discover, evaluate, and book spaces
• Enhance the consumer-facing product experience from search through booking
• Drive cross-functional alignment and monitor key performance indicators to inform product development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in marketplace or travel/hospitality
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with a focus on user experience
• Experience with AI-powered search or recommendations is a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive alignment across functions
• Demonstrated ability to define and monitor key performance metrics
