Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product activation and roadmap for Brazil, including direct PIX integration
• Oversee product rollouts and localization across LATAM markets, ensuring alignment with local needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against the LATAM product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, specifically in payments infrastructure or financial services in LATAM
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem and regulatory environment
• Proven ability to navigate licensing and regulatory processes in LATAM
• Experience working with local financial infrastructure providers
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong advantage
