Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert for sales-cycle customers, understanding technical requirements and demonstrating product fit
• Organize and prioritize customer requests, providing visibility into needs and responsible engineering teams
• Translate customer needs into product roadmap priorities and facilitate communication between sales and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly with enterprise sales
• Technical depth in infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines
• Strong instincts for customer needs, distinguishing between critical blockers and non-essential requests
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
