• Shape the vision and strategy for member understanding and intelligence
• Own outcomes across platform and member experience layers, balancing infrastructure and member-facing features
• Deeply understand members' health journeys and prioritize context types that drive personalization quality

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in data platform, ML, or consumer technology products
• Experience shipping ML-powered personalization or LLM features in production
• Experience shipping consumer-facing features at scale
• Ability to design scalable data architectures and ontologies
