Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, design, or engineering with at least 3+ years in a senior capacity
• Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles
• Technical familiarity with personalization systems, data modeling, and machine learning
• Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives influencing technical roadmaps
