Job Summary

Staff Product Manager, responsible for defining product strategy and vision while leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial tools, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a multi-year vision for financial tools, enhancing user engagement and outcomes
• Translate high-impact opportunities into actionable product strategies and guide teams through the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop secure and scalable financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
• Proven ability to define product vision and connect it to execution
• Experience in building financial products or platforms involving money movement
• Strong analytical thinking and data-informed decision-making skills
• Ability to work across disciplines, including engineering, design, and business teams
