Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Combining deep Generative and Agentic AI fluency with hands-on building ability, the full-time Staff Product Manager will own AI product outcomes end-to-end, focusing on defining product vision, driving strategy, and managing stakeholder relationships in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI solutions, connecting AI capabilities to enterprise business outcomes
• Research user interactions with AI agents, design experiments to validate solutions, and establish agent evaluation frameworks
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing the product backlog and reporting product impact to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product management or solutions engineering with experience shipping AI products at scale
• Deep GenAI fluency with hands-on experience in building or shipping agentic systems
• Proven ability to prototype AI solutions using AI tools to validate hypotheses and de-risk product decisions
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments with strong technical fluency
• PM-level fluency across the AWS AI ecosystem to inform product and architecture decisions
