Job Summary
Reimagining the onboarding journey for healthcare professionals, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive the onboarding experience from registration to first-shift readiness in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the professional onboarding experience, focusing on registration, identity verification, and credential collection
- Accelerate the transition from sign-up to active, compliant work on the platform
- Incorporate AI-native workflows to enhance the onboarding process and reduce friction
Required qualifications
- 7-9 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in marketplace or platform products
- Proven success in improving funnel conversion in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents within production workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to link onboarding throughput to business outcomes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with engineering and compliance
