Job Summary

Reimagining the professional onboarding journey, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive the onboarding experience from registration to first-shift readiness in a fully remote environment, focusing on accelerating the process and incorporating AI-native workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the professional onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition from registration to credential collection
• Accelerate the onboarding process to enhance the speed at which professionals can start working on the platform
• Incorporate AI solutions to streamline manual onboarding steps and improve user experience

Required qualifications

• 7-9 years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on marketplace or platform products involving supply-side onboarding
• Proven track record of improving funnel conversion in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence within production workflows
• Strong data instincts with the ability to link onboarding throughput to business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, compliance, and product teams
