Job Summary

Reimagining the professional onboarding journey, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive the onboarding experience from registration to first-shift readiness, focusing on accelerating the process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the professional onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition from registration to credential collection
• Implement AI-native workflows to enhance the onboarding process and reduce manual steps
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure compliance and optimize user experience

Required qualifications

• 7-9 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in marketplace or platform products
• Proven track record of improving funnel conversion in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents within production workflows
• Strong analytical skills to connect onboarding metrics to business outcomes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results across ownership boundaries
