Job Summary

Reimagining the professional onboarding journey, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive the onboarding experience from registration to first-shift readiness, focusing on enhancing efficiency and user experience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the professional onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition from registration to credential collection
• Accelerate the onboarding process to enable professionals to start working quickly and compliantly on the platform
• Incorporate AI-native workflows to improve onboarding efficiency and user experience

Required qualifications

• 7-9 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on marketplace or platform products
• Proven success in improving funnel conversion in credentialing-heavy, regulated environments
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence in production workflows
• Strong data instincts with the ability to connect onboarding throughput to business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across engineering, compliance, and product teams
