Job Summary

Reimagining the professional onboarding journey, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will drive the onboarding experience from registration to first-shift readiness while incorporating AI-native workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the professional onboarding experience, focusing on registration, identity verification, and credential collection
• Accelerate the transition from sign-up to active, compliant work on the platform
• Integrate AI solutions to streamline and improve high-friction onboarding steps

Required qualifications

• 7-9 years in product management, with at least 3 years in marketplace or platform products involving supply-side onboarding
• Proven success in improving funnel conversion in credentialing-heavy, regulated environments
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence in production workflows
• Strong data instincts connecting onboarding throughput to business outcomes
• Ability to lead and collaborate across engineering, compliance, and product teams
