Job Summary

Driving the vision for a new product area, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define strategies, conduct rapid testing cycles, and work cross-functionally to integrate new products into financial advisors' workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for a new product area focused on financial advisor use cases
• Identify early product-market fit signals and manage testing cycles including customer interviews and prototypes
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging decisions while integrating new products into existing workflows

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in new product development
• Strong entrepreneurial instincts with the ability to make quick decisions based on market demands
• Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to design products that build trust in financial services
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and creating product briefs independently
• A history of successfully executing ambitious product visions that deliver customer value
