Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of core capabilities for a cloud data platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define and drive the product roadmap while collaborating with engineering, design, and customer teams to enhance scalability, reliability, and security for enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for the cloud data platform
• Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and influence product direction

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly with cloud platforms or enterprise SaaS products
• Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to execute complex product strategies across cross-functional teams
• Experience building products for enterprise customers at scale
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
