Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the growth platform for Foodsmart, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with sales and client success teams, and drive execution with engineering to enhance client acquisition and member enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Growth pod, from discovery to launch and iteration, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to translate enterprise client requirements into scalable product solutions
• Set the strategy for the Growth pod while aligning with commercial leadership and advocating for scalable product decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B or B2B2C environments
• Proven track record of building systems and infrastructure that scale with business growth
• Direct experience collaborating with Sales, Client Success, or enterprise Implementation teams
• Experience in bringing scalable platform capabilities to market with commercial teams
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product development processes and tools
