Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Food Access & Benefits platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage the product roadmap from discovery to launch, translating complex operational workflows into scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product roadmap for food access programs and health benefits administration
• Design and advocate for a seamless member experience while managing benefits programs for clients
• Set strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod, ensuring alignment with cross-functional leadership and operational scalability

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments with operational complexity
• Proven track record of launching new products or service lines in complex operational settings
• Experience collaborating with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product development processes and tools
• Exposure to benefits management platforms or government health program operations is a plus
